Who you are hiring
GMZ Home Repairs, LLC is a licensed Ohio general contracting company based in Cincinnati, owned and run by George Zakhir. We work for homeowners across Greater Cincinnati, and for investors turning around flips and rentals between tenants.
The work covers a whole house or a single room: kitchens and bathrooms, flooring and tile, drywall and paint, windows and doors, electrical and plumbing within a remodel, roofing repairs and exterior improvements.
How we work
One contractor coordinates the whole project. You get one point of contact, one schedule, and the same standard on every stage, instead of managing a different crew for the demo, the tile, the paint and the punch list.
Estimates are free. We walk the space, put the scope and the price in writing, and go through the finished job with you before we call it done.
